Brighton bloggers meet

This weekend I jumped on a train and headed back to Brighton, if you know me or if you've been reading my blog for a while, you'll know I absolutely adore Brighton. After a stroll through the lanes and along the seafront I headed to The Globe to meet the girls, the second the bar opened we rushed upstairs and got the drinks in ready for a face mask demo by some ladies from LUSH. Then we had a little time to get to know each other before Laura handed out some lovely goodies and did a little raffle. We then headed over to my salon looks who gave us a demo of tissue highlights (which give a more gentle result than foil) and a Shu Uemura treatment. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are really friendly and helpful, if you live in Brighton make sure you pop in and have a look around! We then headed back in to town for some shopping and cocktails before heading to an italian for dinner, you can probably tell I was pretty stoked for my giant pizza ( no I didn't finish it). I then walked back to the train station with the gorgeous Holly and debated all things blog, before the painful journey home in a carriage full of rowdy drunk stag do types- luckily I'd found my ipod from circa 2010 and was able to drown out their noise with my own.

It was a really lovely event and nice to meet so many more bloggers from Brighton - I didn't recognise anyone from the brighton bloggers meet last year! Major Kudos to Laura for organising, I know how hard bloggers meets can be to sort out- especially the goody bags...

Ti touch 2 butterfly straighteners from my salon looks. I had to try these the second I got in last night ( note to girlfriends : apparently boys don't appreciate being kept up till gone midnight straightening and curling hair!) These are quite possibly the best straighteners I've ever used, they have a whole heap of features including ventilation holes which help distribute the heat evenly leading to less damage!
Some of the lovely things from the goody bag and the Lush face mask.

Did you come to brighton bloggers meet? I'd love to see your posts about the day!
Have you ever been to a bloggers meet? If not, why not?!
