In August...

We fostered mini maisy, a tiny tabby cross kitten. I fell in love within moments of meeting her, so sweet and so playful despite being a bit poorly. It was heart breaking giving her back when she was feeling better and ready to go to her furrrrever home (which is where the last cat went and he's loving it).

I spent far too much time drinking incredible coffee at Pixel coffee in Leederville. I've totally broke veganism lately so am without shame going to announce that their brownie peanut butter sandwich is one of the most delicious things I've ever tastes.

I hung out with a heap of bloggers I'd never met before, seriously where have you all been hiding?! at bloggers united AU Perth event. I also tried my hand at making a youtube video of the day which you can see here. Someone told me off recently for not matching all my names up but I'm too manic for that and like to keep people guessing (brand yourself, schmand yourself) so you can find me on youtube : what hannah did  I'm going to try and update it regularly but lets be realistic...I'm me and that won't happen.

My aussie bae Rach celebrated turning 24, we brunched and then head to the cott for drinks with many friends.

I was invited to LUSH for a consultation, we talked about 29 High street Poole, Lush massages and trying to be vegan, amongst 1001 other things. Lush played quite a big part of my life back home, having worked for them, had family work for them and having made incredible friends through them. Keep your eyes peeled for a blog post featuring some of my favourite LUSH products right now.

We had the phone call that every pet owner never wants. We sort of knew when we left England that we'd never see Sadie again, but I never got a chance to say goodbye to her so it makes everything so much harder. Thankfully she hasn't been to the vets yet, everyone's holding on but sometimes it's just best to let go.

We visited Core cider house in Pickering Brook and I finally found a Perth cider that alsmot rivals those back in the UK.

Possibly the biggest news (and the reason I've been at Pixel coffee so much) is we moved house!  We packed our bags and boxes, and a truck load or two and said goodbye to living South of the River. We're now happily settling in our new North of the River home (if you're not from Perth ; there's a massive divide in which is best..a bit like North vs South England) and I can't wait to film / photograph a little tour.

Finally, I got my hair done again by the wonderful Paris at Viva la Blonde, who did an amazing job back in May at blending dark roots with blonde hair. Being blonde is massively high maintenance, but I'm not quite ready to go back to brunette so we decided to go balayage instead and I love it.
