If you pay any attention to me at all you'll probably have guessed I spent last weekend at camp bestival in Lulworth. Camp Bestival is the little sister of Isle of Wight's Bestival, the love child of Rob & Josie Da Bank and it's probably the most family friendly festival to grace the planet. This years camp Bestival boasted an amazing line up featuring everyone from Mr Tumble to The Cuban Brothers, but if music, comedy and live theatre aren't your thing why not!?, there's tent full of delicious food to suit every taste and diet yep even vegans are spoilt rotten at camp bestival, story tellers and fairy villages in the woods and more spiritual tents than you can shake a stick at.
It was so hard to sort through my images for this post so I've just chosen a selection to show of the first few hours we spent exploring, there's a few more posts to follow crammed full of crowds, music and dancing.

Have you been to camp bestival before?xo

So after we strolled along the cliff tops by Durdle Door post here we headed off along the coastal path to do some serious hill climbing. Pup bounded off in front of us for the entire afternoon and then bounded back to us, and then away.. you get the idea. After weeks of being super serious at work I decided to throw my inhibitions to the wind, which there was lots of, and roll down several of the giant hills we'd climbed. Strangely no one said a word but I ended up rather muddy. We were all truely exhausted after a while and it was so lovely and peaceful sat at the top taking in the amazing views. I guess what I enjoyed most about the day was being able to appreciate the amazing area I've grown up in and I'm sure Danny and pup would say the same.
