a day in bath

I guess by now you all know we love a good day trip in the sunshine, we decided to visit Bath last weekend. Bath is a city in South West England which is filled with history, it's possibly most famous for the Roman baths which sit in the city centre. We wondered around the city centre giving the museums and big tourist attractions a miss as they were so busy, instead we strolled up to the Royal crescent and lazed on the lawn before a spot of shopping and a little trip to Cosy club for Tapas, drinks and a some people watching from the balcony. We then got a lovely phone call from home inviting us to a BBQ so we hurried back, via the supermarket to stock up on cider ( it's not a BBQ without an ice cold cider right?!). I should probably point out when I say ''hurry'' I mean with an hour long detour to Kilver Court where we spent forever in the Jack Wills sales and then to the mulberry outlet store where I spoilt myself with this iphone case. I also bought some lovely floral bikini bottoms whilst we were in Bath, perfect for our little sailing trip next month ( I'm already SO excited we've had to make gyros- I definitely reccomend Rosie's post and recipe for homemade gyro goodness).

Have you been to Bath before?
Have you ever been to Kilver court or a mulberry outlet store - what did you buy?!
